Meet the new members of our Northamptonshire team

November 18, 2015

Following last week’s Induction Day at our Head Office, we spoke with some of our new starters based in our Northamptonshire team to find out how they were settling into their new roles at Mentaur.

“I started at Mentaur a few weeks ago, and it’s been a busy start! The great thing about working as a Team Leader at Mentaur is, although there’s been so much to learn, both the Head Office team and my House Manager have been very supportive, available at any moment to answer any questions I have. It’s great working with the people living here at Rushwell House, and the rest of the team have been kind and welcoming.

How would you sum up Mentaur in one word? Profissional (Professional).”

Ana Enes, Rushwell House

“Starting with Mentaur has been great. Right from the beginning throughout the interview process the team were encouraging and helpful. The Induction Day last week was brilliant; it was really informative and it was great to meet all of the other new team members. My new role is really fulfilling; I’m eager to continue learning and I’m committed to being a hard working member of the Mentaur team.

How would you sum up Mentaur in one word? Recompensador (Rewarding).”

Pedro Alvim, The Berkeley / Wilton House

“It’s lovely to be here at Mentaur. I’ve learnt so much already, but there’s still plenty to learn and lots of opportunities to develop! The Induction Day was great because we all had the opportunity to learn about Mentaur as a whole organisation, rather than just the homes we are working in. Everyone at Stoke House has been warm and friendly, happy to help, and I’m delighted to be a part of the team!

How would you sum up Mentaur in one word? Independência (Independence). Mentaur is a company committed to promoting independence for vulnerable people, and I’m so pleased to be supporting people in reaching their fullest potential.”

Juliana Pena, Stoke House
