Mentaur's Newest Care Home Savana to Open End of August 2016

Following a thorough planning process, we are delighted to announce that building work will soon begin on Mentaur’s newest project, Savana, a home that will offer both residential care and tenancy solutions to meet every need.
Mentaur have engaged a contractor to transform the current building on the site into an open plan and modern living space. The final plans have now been agreed and renovations work will start as of 29th March 2016.
Mentaur first acquired the site for Savana in July 2015 and since then we have been working to design a contemporary and bespoke care environment. Savana will offer a variety of personalised care services for people with learning disabilities, mental health problems, autism and other associated needs and will be organised into 3 specialist units, each offering between 5 to 8 en-suite bedrooms.
