We are delighted to announce Lavanda Villa has maintained an overall 'Good' rating following a comprehensive inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England.
The positive report recognised our home's strengths in providing safe, high-quality specialist autism care centred around the needs of each individual. Specific praise was given to our compassionate, dedicated staff team and our collaborative work with healthcare services to support our residents' health and well-being.
Inspectors also highlighted our commitment to continuous improvement using feedback to constantly move forward. Aligned with CQC best practice guidance, we remain dedicated to upholding our caring, person-centred culture focused on resident choice, dignity, and achievement of positive outcomes.
