Waking Night Support Worker - Northampton

As a Full time Support Worker Waking Nights you will work 40 hours per week. This will be any 4 nights out of 7.

The role is very diverse with tasks including supporting people in their day to day activities, personal care, contributing to a pleasant home environment and empowering people to become more independent.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working with adults with learning disabilities. You will be able to interact with our Service Users in a positive way and encourage them to fulfil their full potential. You will be able to use your initiative, adapt to changing situations and demonstrate your excellent verbal communication skills.

An NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable but not essential if the right candidate is able to demonstrate a genuine interest to learn and develop.
