At Evergreen House we are taking innovation for young adults with autism a step further by offering individualised care and support along with the benefit of regulatory oversight by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Evergreen House is designed to provide for young adults with autism and associated needs, many of whom are in transition and are taking their first steps towards independent living in the community.
Our belief in the ethos of person-centred care is reflected in Evergreen House as an individualised service that promotes independence by supporting transition, enabling people to have informed choices and control over their lives wherever possible. To this end, people using the service have greater control over their own spaces and develop skills of independence including managing their accommodation and finances within the context of a supportive environment.
