Holly Tree Lodge

Holly Tree Lodge is a care home for adults with learning difficulties, autism, mental health issues, sensory impairment, physical disability, dementia and associated complex needs.

We strive to provide person-centred care and push back against barriers, thus allowing the users of our service to move forward and take control of their lives. The home provides a service for adults of either sex seeking to improve their independent living skills and, in some instances, move on to more independent forms of living. For those unable or unwilling to do so, the home can provide a medium or long-term care service.

Our experienced staff team are trained to facilitate informed choice-making and skill development. We do this with the understanding that everyone has unique needs, skill sets, hopes and fears. We, therefore, work closely with our service users, and all others committed to their progress, to understand these factors and develop carefully tailored care plans and risk assessments.

Located in Kempston, to the south of Bedford, we are situated on a residential road abutting local shops, bus routes and links to the A6 and A421. St. Johns and Bedford railway stations are respectively approximately 1 km and 1.5 km away.

The main building is of brick construction with rendered walls under a pitched tile roof. To the rear of the building are two detached, single-storey brick buildings containing three studio apartments.
